Organizational Structure
Under the leadership of the company's party branch and higher-level trade union, Guangren Trade Union independently carries out its work in accordance with the law and the trade union constitution, closely contacts the workers and masses, cares about their production and life, warmly serves the workers and masses, and strives to build a home for employees that is well-organized, well protected, active in work, has a clear role, and is trusted by employees.
Guangren Trade Union was established in 2006, always guided by the scientific development concept, closely connected with the vast number of employees, earnestly listened to their opinions, effectively safeguarded their legitimate rights and interests, and fully played the role of grassroots trade unions in the development of enterprises. In 2022, it was awarded the "National May Day Labor Award" and currently has more than 200 union members. The trade union has one chairman, one committee member, and one funding review committee member, and the organizational structure and personnel are fully matched.
